4 12 year old Siberian Husky looking for a home. (Wahiawa)

My husband and I were given orders for an unexpected ETS, with less than two months to plan and a newborn due next month. All of the money that we'd saved to get our dog home with us is now going to our move and emergency money, as it's looking like we are literally going to have no help or place to go once we leave island. I can't justify spending as much as we'd need to ship him when it's all that we have, so I'm sorry if this makes us terrible people - I already know and do not want to hear it. It was pretty much a forced ETS with next to no preparation time, and unfortunately, we have to rehome him.
This dog is fantastic. He's so loving and demanding of cuddles, still very energetic and chaotic like huskies usually are. He's got a huge personality, and I hope whoever we give him to gets as many laughs from him and as much joy as we have, because he really is a character.
He does have hip problems, meaning he can't go on long runs or hikes. He loves walks and will drag you along for as many miles as you allow him without even beginning to show signs of fatigue. He's a huuuuuge fan of the ocean, swimming and fetch. He gets along amazingly well with other dogs. He is NOT good with cats. At all. He is good with children as far as we've seen, but we have none of our own yet so we can't say for sure.
He's fixed, he's not UTD on shots, we do have all of his records from his previous owner. They never gave us his microchip info, so we don't have that.
