OK- Ive got an apartment at Retreat at the Park with the loft open for rent, fully furnished.
The buildings are about 8 years old and maintained well.
A few of the ammentities include a heated year around pool, hot tub, library, game room, fitness center, coffee station, etc.
The apartment is the Highland model, 921 square feet including the loft.
22 ft ceilings on the 4th floor with a large balcony great for viewing beautiful sunsets over the mountains, and great views of City Park and the Pinnacle Towers...large sunken sauna tub, fire place, tile floors, all granite counter tops, new appliances including a washer and dryer in the apt. Not to mention the heightened security around and throughout the building along with the caliber of people living here.
The KICKER- RENT IS ONLY $400 a month (Im paying nearly $1600)
This price includes all utilities.....but..... I need someone who can do some bookkeeping and diligently process the files. 2 hours a day 5 days a week will be sufficient.
I'm 31, work as a general contractor throughout the Denver Metro and stay extremely busy with work which is why I need help in the office. I absolutely love everything this beautiful state has to offer.
I believe the best candidate would be coachable and maybe have some receptionist or filing past experience but its not neccessary.
SO- Im showing the place today, Friday from 4-7pm and Saturday from 11-2. I already have 2 people interested but I would like to get the chance to meet anyone who feels this might be a good fit for them. With that being said, its available IMMEDIATELY.
