We are located in a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood between Ten Mile Rd. and Black Cat Rd. off Ustick Rd. The room is on the second story, has a spacious closet, and shares the upstairs bathroom with another roommate.

Who we are:
We are a Christian, professional, non-smoking couple in our early 30's. We have three cats, three dogs, and our roommate has one dog. Because we have so many animals already, we don't want to add any more to the household.

Who we are looking for:
We hope to rent to a like-minded tenant who can pass a background check and can pay rent on time. Whether you prefer to keep to yourself or socialize with us, we respect all personalities. And most importantly, you must love animals! Smoking is OK outdoors only. Minimal drinking is OK. Absolutely no drugs in the house or on or around our property; not even pot. The ideal roommate would be 100% drug free, a non-smoker, and have her own means of transportation.

Other Details:
Rent for January will be discounted depending on move-in date. There is a $200 refundable security deposit (minus a $50 cleaning fee and anything else to cover damages incurred). Signing a lease is required, and the term is for 6 months, but we would love for you to renew! We are conducting interviews December 14 through December 18.
