Easy going guy I like to work hard on the weekdays and play on the weekends. I have a typical 8-5 Monday through Friday job schedule looking for someone with opposite schedule, but not necessary. My weekends are usually spent working on my new home and BBQ'n. I have lived with room mates for a while now but this would be the first time I have been on the ownership side. My previous roommates were long time roommates usually having to move out when a life event happened for them. ie. Having a baby, moving in a significant other. I smoke outside and like to drink wine, has never been a problem in the past. I am by no means a partier but I do like to have fun on the weekends usually working on my place.
About the place, It's a 900 square foot 2 story town home. the bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom and laundry room. Down stairs is the Kitchen, Living room, Dining room I have attached pictures. It's located of 80th and Federal blocks away from hwy 36. It's 15 min to downtown or boulder with good traffic. I put a king size mattress in the room so you can get an idea of the size of the room. More than that I would tell you to come take a look.
Perfect roommate would be someone who of coarse pays their rent on time. Someone between the ages of 23 and 35 preferably a male but willing to consider females. Someone that works weekends or has an active weekend schedule because this is when I like to work on my projects. I'm going to build a patio in the fall, replace all the doors and flooring, paint and some other random things probably over the next year or so.
