Located less than one minute walking distance to the bus stops. Furnished with a full size bed + 1 dresser and 1 night stand. Furnished or non-furnished it's your preference. There is a washer and dryer in the house for use located in the downstairs bathroom, shared kitchen with pots, pans, plates, silver wear and glass ware. There is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. You will share a full big bath room with another roommate. No overnight guests quiet time is after 10pm. No pets, smoking or drugs.Â

The house:
Split-level 5 bed 3 bath house built in 2005 with a great deck and attached garage. The 3 bedrooms upstairs and are occupied. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bath. The vacant room is on the bottom floor of the house next to one other roommate that you would share the bathroom with.Â

The roommates:
Currently 4 male roommates are employed 30 and older, working full time. The housemates are very friendly, respectful, private and quiet.

Bedroom rent = $500 per month
