Hello everyone. I am a 33 yr old straight young male in need of a place to rent. First of all, I have a stable job and have had said job for 11 1/2 years. Second, I do not smoke and do not do drugs. I do drink alcohol from time to time, but am not a very hardcore drinker. I drink maybe 1-2 beers if I do drink. I have no children. Places I am interested in include Burnsville, Apple Valley, Lakeville, Rosemount, Savage, Bloomington, and Eagan. Prior Lake and Shakopee are also possibilities, but those would be last resorts for me. I am also looking for a place that MIGHT allow cats. I do not currently have a cat but am interested in adopting one, so a place where cats are allowed would be cool, but not necessary. If you have a cat I'm ok with that (not allergic) and/or if you have a dog that's fine as well (again not allergic). Also I would be looking at a place where utilities are included, preferably wifi. Cable would be a hit and/or miss. I'm not a neat freak, but I'm also not a slob. I think that may be everything you need to know about me. If interested send me an e-mail and we can discuss this.
