The house has 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms and is about 3200 sq feet. The room available is on the top floor which consist of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is shared with current roommate (straight male) that is here 3-4 nights a week at the most , sometimes gone for a week or more at a time. We are open to either straight or gay roommate but prefer a male, open to age, we are in our mid-forties. We work anywhere from 5:30 am to 7:00 am. Mon-Fri. The room is furnished with a new queen size bed, night stands, tv and walk-in closet. Rent is $530.00 with all utilities included.
