About me and my place-
We are a Full time working couple in the medical field Residing in SouthWest "Summerlin" Las Vegas, "Sahara & Hualapai". Age range from 22-26. We do not party in the house. We eat almost anything & always clean after our selves, very open minded, love to cook & have BBQ's. We have a 2 story 4 bedroom 2.5 bath House with 1 room for rent. $500/month is including all the utilities "Electricity, Gas, Water" plus providing Free cable & Hi-Speed Internet also.
The location is perfect, has plenty of space for parking, also near shopping centers/malls such as The New "Downtown Summerlin" it's about 1 mile away with 5 minute one way commute, parks, Gas Stations, Restaurants, Bus Routes and easy access to freeways. "215 & 95". Its about 15-20 mins to the world famous Las Vegas Strip & the Malls. Its a peaceful quiet neighborhood with awesome friendly neighbors.
I get up 6am - 8am. I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I never have overnight guests.
I live in a co-ed household. Age 25 - 33. I do not have any pets.
The house is located in between Sahara & Hualapai. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, grass yard/backyard, carpet, storage, parking, fireplace, laundry, dishwasher.
