I am wanting to rent either a bedroom or tbe basement in my home. The basement is finished and HUGE!!! It would be like an apartment except there is not a kitchen down there. There is a nice bathroom and bedroom along with plenty of space for a lounge area, workout area and pretty much whatever else you'd want to create in that living space. The bedroom upstairs shares a bathroom with another bedroom. But that room is currently vacant and I do not intend to have more than one more person. Therefore the bathroom is pretty much yours. I can also rent the other adjoining bedroom if you'd like to make it your office or workout room or lounge area. I am looking for a female roommate only. The bedroom/basement can be either furnished or unfurnished as far as a bed, wardrobe and nightstand. The rent ranges from $550+ utilities to $800+ utilities depending on which space you want and if you want it furnished or unfurnished. I can send plenty of pictures if you are interested. I live in a very nice neighborhood and prefer someone who can be respectful about living here. Because I am sharing my HOME I want someone who understands that.
