I am going to be moving out of state and need to sell my home.

Painting and carpet was done when I moved here four years ago but needs a good cleaning. No major work needed to be done.
All major appliances stay! They are all in working order, except dishwasher. The fridge and washer/dryer aren't even four years old. The washer and dryer are stackable but can also sit side by side. This has served to be a great home for me, but it is time for me to move on and take advantage of the opportunities that lay ahead.
This property would be great for a first home or an investment property!
List price of $55,000. May be a bit flexible if buyer agrees to pay closing costs. Very eager seller.
