Rent includes the average of all utilities: FiOS TV/Internet, Electric, Water, Heat, Air, Lawn Mowing. Tenants are responsible for shoveling snow. House has washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, along with normal appliances. Shared living areas are fully furnished.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking (4 off-street + street parking) and close to University of Delaware's campus (1.25mi from the heart of main street). The house has a large yard and a large shed for a bike or any other non-temp controlled storage.
The house environment is very relaxed, quiet, stays relatively clean. Currently has 3 younger working professionals in the house - prefer student or young working professional to fit the environment.
