The house is located on Beech Valley Way NE (less than 2 miles from the law school, and on a bus line that drops you off right in front) in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath furnished house. The two other bedrooms are rented by professionals in their 20s. The home is fully furnished with a full kitchen, dining and living room, giant flat-screen TV and washer/dryer in basement. My bedroom is also fully furnished and I'd hope to sell the following items to the next occupant at a very reasonable price:
- Queen size bed frame and mattress (Retail: $500, yours for $100)
- Tall bookcase(Retail: $60, yours for $20)
- Dresser (Retail: $90, yours for $30)
- Ikea Malm-style desk and cabinet unit (Retail: $150, yours for $50).
- Bedside bookcase(Retail: $30, yours for $10).
This setup is ideal for someone new to the area, or looking for a great place to live because the home and bedroom are fully furnished, the fellow roommates are wonderful and considerate, and the landlord is responsive. Rent is $600 per month plus a pro rata split of utilities (usually $100). No Pets.
