We are 4 guys sharing a huge and all around glorious house. We are in our late 20's and early 30's. There are 5 bedrooms. We are looking for someone to move in by August 15th preferably, but could possibly work out sooner. The room for rent is small, but has nice closet space and its own private balcony and entrance. The rent is $630 a month, and includes wifi, laundry, cable and all utilities including central A/C. We share 2 bathrooms, a nice living room, sun room, a nice kitchen and dining room, a front and back yard. 1 block from Whole Foods, bars , restaurants, just a few blocks from concerts, Cheesman park, ect. We have all met on Craigslist through posting these ads. We have lived here for between 3 months and 6 years each. You would need to sign a lease, but can be let out of it at any time with 30 days notice, which is when this process repeats. We are all young professionals who treat the house and each other with respect. We have one cat and no additional pets are allowed. We get TONS of responses to this so please don't waste my time if you have any pets you can't leave behind. You must be willing to share common areas with the 4 of us, and sometimes small groups of friends. We have a required cleaning schedule that everyone must follow. We take turns with paying rent, buying supplies, taking out trash, ect. We have lots of space for each individual's food, which is not shared. This house is very desirable and its hard to work full time and keep up with the incredibly high interest these ads generate.
