We have worked very hard to achieve a Clean and Homey Atmosphere...so here are a few things that we Absolutely DO NOT Allow on our property. Cars on jacks in the parking lot to set up a mechanics shop. Party or storage areas set up in the parking lot. A lot of come and go traffic that may indicate you're running a business from your home, (legal or otherwise). Loud fights or parties with you family or neighbors, police regularly coming to mediate your problems. Trash, furniture, toys or junk being left out in the commons area, or generally, anything that your neighbors find offensive or impossible to live peacefully around are not allowed. As well as keeping the inside clean and free from trash, hoarding or pests. If these policies might be a problem for you...then this is not the place for you.
