- we are looking for someone doesn't cook often
- 30 days notice will need to be given before move out
- prefer 6 - 12 months lease. Open to short-term depends on situation
- Pick up after themselves

- no shoes in the house
- keep your own room tidy (no dirty dishes, pizza boxes, stinky clothes)
- Occasional have friends stay over is ok, no long-term allowed.

Having a comfortable and safe place to call our home was always a top priority for us. We live in a new home that is a spacious 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The extra bedrooms are spacious and tucked away upstairs for privacy with each having access to a nearby bathroom. One bedroom has a bathroom inside the room for added privacy. We have built large storage cabinets on the second floor that are yours to use if needed for additional storage.
We both highly value cleanliness and respect so we ask NO SHOES in the house, pick up after yourself, no drugs of any kind (no cigarette smoking inside). We are not able to host any pets due to allergy. Most importantly, we are looking for renters who are flexible and understanding as we will have more than one renter at a time and sometimes hosting other guests. We require all of these things to ensure a clean, safe and peaceful living space for all that stay here. We are very understanding people, we love to have fun and are laid back. If you are nice and respectful we are very understanding and willing to work with.
