2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs.
the room have been completely renovated and is well lit with beautiful views (upstairs room has view of the carillon). all architectural details have been painstakingly restored in this house.
one brand new, very modern full bathroom to share. a second full bath upstairs to share will soon be finished.

Amazing, large, fenced, park-like back yard with 4 large brick patios and brick grill.

the house is about five blocks from cary street, a easy 15 min bike ride to vcu, convenient to all highways (we are past all the downtown highway traffic, the highway onramp for 195 + powhite parkway + downtown expressway are all 3 blocks away and short pump is literally less than a 15 minute drive). Ride your bike to byrd park, vita course, the river, all the bars resturants. 4 grocery stores within walking distance.
Its really nice neighborhood. great neighbors all around (also young professionals and students), always plenty of well lit parking directly in front of the door.
Right now i am renovating the 4th master bedroom upstairs. So you will have deal with some tools, and noise during the day. I am considerate and dont start at the crack of dawn and am not really loud most of the time. Even though i am still renovating i keep the place very clean.
About me...white male in my mid thirties, im interested in up-cycling, design, architecture, photography, music and i like to stay busy. I am looking for a grad/medical student, full time young professional, or a mature, dependable, drama free undergrad student. cleanliness and dependability are very important. Also VERY important is that you respect the house i have worked so hard to restore.
