Tenant must pay $100 monthly utility charge with rent (Total monthly charge = $800. All utilities provided except high speed Wifi and cable. A not good enough for streaming and not quickly attended to Wifi connection is included.
Better wifi available for $40 per month extra. Cable TV can be included for $60/month ($100 for both) but neither is included
$100 pet fee. 1 pet maximum.
This is a small unit with very small common spaces, but an average sized bedroom.
