I already rent out one room to my coworker, who pretty much stays in his room all day, so the house doesn't feel crowded at all. It's already furnished, and 10' x 10'. It's a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2,000 sq ft home. Only 5 minutes from Edgefield, and 15 minutes from some awesome hikes. Rent is $700 per month, and just to make it easy that incudes all utilities and cable / internet. House is fully furnished, has washer dryer, 55" UHD TV, fire pit, ping pong table, Super Nintendo, and plenty of parking. One of the bedrooms has pretty sweet workout equipment you're welcome to use. Renting out a second room to pay for the boat I just bought.
