I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment located on Iberville between Carrollton and City Park Ave. Rent is $700 plus utilities (usually runs about $100 for Internet, Entergy and Water) and it will be available to move in September 1st. The place has the two bedrooms and the full bathroom upstairs and there's a small balcony and backyard. Half bath, living room, kitchen and storage closet is downstairs. Great, safe neighborhood. Parking on street or in small driveway shared with other units but is never a problem, even during Mardi Gras. One block off of Canal with access to the street car, 0.5 miles from City Park, around the corner from a laundromat.
