Very busy professional seeks same to share my 2 bedroom ranch house in a safe, quiet, neighborhood about 15 minutes from down town Portland. I have a furnished bedroom to rent, with full-size bed and dresser. The bedroom is average size with a small closet and shelving above. Hardwood floors in room.
Must be a non-smoker, no exceptions, and non to light drinker only. No drugs, not 420 friendly, no parties, or loud music. Prefer busy, quiet, respectful, active, health conscious, drama free, mentally sane individual. Full-time student ok with car.
Room rental includes: Wifi, Oil heat/ water/sewer/electric bill/(all utilities), use of kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and use of washer and dryer, snow removal, off street parking, city of Portland trash bags. BASIC CABLE only! I am too busy to watch much TV to be honest. I don't have time to be a couch potatoe. LoL
Room/house share does not include: food, Personal Supplies such as tooth paste, TP if use a lot, paper towels if use a lot, laundry detergent, more than one set of sheets on bed, shampoo, ect.
Job references a must. First months deposit, and Month to month lease with 30 day notice to get deposit back.
If my electricity bill and oil goes up significantly, I will charge an extra $35.00 a month to cover the increase. Put "Professional" in subject box to know that you read this ad and are not a spammer. I am 47 years/female old but have a young spirit and look and act younger. I prefer someone between 35 and 50 but will consider all ages of course.
Prefer females but will consider the right respectful male.
PS. I have 2 small friendly dogs, but cannot have more pets.
Rent is $750 a month and will be available in the Fall, possibly Oct. or November. More like Oct.
