Thank you for your interest in Boulder Creek Apartments, we are located on the North side of Boise right on W Chinden Blvd, easy access to grocery stores and gas stations. This 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment offers a dining room, utilities closet, large bedrooms with spacious closet. Each apartment comes with an oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher. As a resident you will have access to the pool, two dog runs on site, and play ground.
Each adult who will reside in the apartment is required to complete a separate application. In addition to the completed application, you will be required to provide the following documentation:
Valid, Government Issued Photo identification
Two months worth of most recent pay stubs or proof of income showing 2.5X the monthly rent is made in gross income.
A $35 application fee, per adult applicant in a money order or cashier's check. A holding deposit of $200 will hold the unit up to 2 weeks!
