0.5 mile walk to light rail (at "Nine Mile" station). The home is in Aurora (80014), on the southeast border of Denver. The location is I-225 and Parker Rd (CO Hwy 83). Coffee and food in walking distance. If not using light rail, a car is recommended.

Outdoor fenced patio/deck with table and 4 chairs, hammock and BBQ grill. Laundry in basement. The home has all new flooring (tile and carpet), remodeled bathrooms and newer appliances. Kitchen cabinets and countertop are dated.

CHECK-IN / ENTRY:
Digital keypad deadbolt: I will program the last 4 digits of your phone number as your PIN (or you can request your own PIN). This system eliminates the need to carry keys, but a key is provided as backup. It also provides for check-in at any time. Invalid PIN entry automatically disables the keypad for varying periods, depending on how many bad PIN's were entered. I can remotely override this and unlock the door or a keybox is also available in case of lockout.
