Located 2 miles from Sebago Lake, off RT. 302 and 35 minutes from North Conway, NH. Several small public beaches and Raymond beach with a public boat launch (all within a 3-4 mi. radius). There is private river access (great fishing), and our own dock. We have two 14 ft. canoes, one 10 ft. canoe, one 16 ft. canoe, two kayaks (one single, one tandem) available.
1000 sq ft. cozy, but spacious cabin with A/C, cathedral ceiling and ceiling fans in every room. Master bedroom with a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with full size bed and single bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Futon in living room for extra sleeping (SORRY, linens ARE NOT included, but can be for a small fee. MUST BRING OWN TOWELS.)
Beautiful kitchen furnished with coffee pot, toaster, blender, and plenty of cookware, microwave and gas stove, large fridge, and a 8 foot bar made from a tree trunk! Bathroom has a shower and outside is a private hot double shower -- big enough for the dog, too !! Cable TV is included. Newly added outside 8 ft TREE PLANK BAR with 8 tree stumps for stools. Nice fire pit on man-made sandy beach with a canopied double swing and separate horseshoe pit area. Bookings MUST be done via phone and I will EMAIL out a rental agreement. Beautiful 25 ft. deck with LOCKING gates and propane (supplied) grill.

DRIVE IN theater located in Bridgeton (20 min), along with Hannaford Grocery store. OXFORD CASINO approx. 35 min. from cabin.
SEACOAST FUN PARK has a lot to offer. Approx. 9 miles south (Windham) on RT. 302 they offer water slides, bumper boats, ZIP lines, arcade, go-karts, splash & play pool, mini golf , disc golf and a 32 FT. climbing wall. For the real brave at heart, try the 100 FT. SKY SWING !
Famous POINT SEBAGO GOLF RESORT 3 miles away! Many other stores, laundrymats, movie theaters too numerous to mention (all within 12 mile radius and ALL on RT. 302). WILDLIFE PARK located in nearby GRAY, ME. (open until Nov.)

We have PARKING FOR approximately 9-10 cars if needed for a family gathering.
