Also close to Safeway, CVS, banks, and the center of Livermore with many fine restaurants, movie theaters and center for performing arts and short car ride to Las Positas College.

Has a very comfortable full size bed, 2 dressers with 1 lamp each, two sets of shelves, large closet with organizer, and down comforter with duvet set of matching comforter cover, sheets and pillow shams. Pillows also provided. Your own powerful portable air conditioner (even though the house has central air), this room gets hot afternoon sun.
This room all has a beautiful arch window that makes the room. It overlooks the green area in front of the pool across the street. Light, airy and comfortable.

Laundry and kitchen privileges if you are clean and considerate. I provide dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and paper towels and cleaning supplies.
Bed linens and towels provided.
Bathroom and bathroom cleaning duties are shared with 2 other room mates,who are very clean and respectful. I provide toilet paper and all cleaning products!
Parking across the street in front of pool.
Rent $925 mo. Cash only. Is month to month rental agreement, with receipts provided.
Security Deposit $650.
No cashiers or certified checks. Cash only for all payments.
No smoking, drugs, drinking, pets or guests.
