im so not kidding and if you flag this post-guess what?? who cares im still here.crazy amount of money DOES NOT INSURE PERFECT HOME!!! get vet references..also doing home checks is kinda crazy-listen to your gut.read between the lines.you getting your pet up to date on shots n fixed is YOUR RESPONSIBILTY when you bring it into your home-so you cant add that onto the price.BEWARE-IM!!!!!!
