Empty house in need of immediate heavy duty move-in cleaning of SOME rooms as sellers didn't bother cleaning, and light repairs/caulking. To include entire main floor (kitchen, laundry room, half bath, dining, living, office, entryway) and the two full bath upstairs. Main floor is entirely hardwood floors (please know how to make them look their best) half bath needs a light fixture tightened, kitchen need to be caulked/sealed (clear) between counters and back wall as its currently an empty crevice all along the back, a double wall oven and viking cooktop need to be heavy duty cleaned, fridge inside out and behind, cabinets in/out etc. Clean windows, light fixtures, doors, moldings. Do NOT need to clean walls. Also has a gas fireplace that I would like the glass cleaned on, inside and out (if one knows how to clean the inside of it) Upstairs two bathrooms need to be deep cleaned. Sanitize jet tub in master bath with bleach also. The walk in shower needs glass doors ungunking and back to normal, some spots in the bath/shower may need recaulking and/or grout cleaning/repair. Smaller bath needs tub recaulked. 2006 house, looking for someone experienced with the above and good with ovens, shower doors, hardwood floors, and caulking/grout. Please bring your own cleaning supplies and be willing to get any caulk/grout and/or tools needed.
