In my pictures I placed a picture of a cradle, you ask why a cradle? well the cradle built and designed by myself won a first place award over 5000 entries in the United States as a Heirloom. I built it for my Granddaughter. This shows I have an Eye for detail and precision. This is the type of work I put into designing for my Customers. Detail and precision!

Everyone building or adding to a home, or building a new home, garage or deck will need plans to submit to the county where they live for building permits.
My plans are complete and at a fee you can afford and build from. I do not charge by the hour unless changes are made after the plans are completed, then I will work up a hard number verses an hourly rate. This will save you money and move things along quicker. Where some that do drawings or drafting they will charge a $85.00 an Hour fee.

As a professional designer, I personally walk each site and consider lot limitations, orientations and panoramas. This information is coupled with the criteria of the homeowner and serves as an integral part of the design process.
