I'm a vocalist and have been singing in a cover band since 2008. That band is sputtering due to many things - mostly people just being too busy, and our lead guitarist pending move to Oklahoma. I can tell you more if you're interested but I'll get back to what I'm hoping to find...

I'm hoping to find a group that sings covers - anything from 70s - today/mix of country and rock. I would want to share lead vocal duties with another person and support each other on harmonies. I'm in my 30's and have a busy life (who doesn't, right?!) and am looking to gig maybe once a month or once every 6 weeks - with some practices in-between.

I can play some keys at a basic level, i.e. chords, some fills, etc... Ideally, I'd just like to sing - but I am open to some keyboard work.

Let me know if this sounds like a fit? Oh, and I guess I should mention that while I am completely comfortable and confident in my own skin, I do not have a perfect body - this is a big deal to most bands and that's OK, I get it :-) All I know is when I'm singing, I'm happy and I think that is contagious.
