God created us for one another and to be there to support one another. Fitness Retreat provides support by bringing together a network of people who are striving to be healthy. When you allow God to assist you and help you, He will give you the strength you need to overcome any battle in life. Our workouts will begin with prayer followed by transformation through exercise, and a reflection period where we cool down and embrace the beautiful life and body God has given us.
