I found a very skinny, hyper, sweet black dog today in New Orleans. Running up and down busy streets and picked him up so he wouldn't get hit. I took him into the humane society and they said it was best for me to take him and try to find the owner myself bc how hyper he is. He looks like a black lab/weimerener mix. Need to find owner asap! My dogs don't get along with him so I have to keep him outside and it breaks my heart! Please contact me if he may be.
