Good Tenants Bad Credit Need Housing ASAP (Minneapolis)

I am writing this post on good faith that a landlord who is not a scam artist will respond. I am currently seeking housing and have been denied by several apartments due to poor credit history. A little bit about my family. We are a small family a mother father and son. We both work and have a combined annual income of a little over 45k. We are a young couple and working on building our credit. Neither of us have any criminal record, we are hard working couple who respects ourselves and our space. We are looking to rent some place long term in a community we can raise our son. With the school year approaching I am rushing to find a place. I decided to share this post. We have the money to rent. We have cash for first months rent and damage. We are good people and it seems bad renters have made it all the more difficult for people like ourselves who are just trying to live comfortable lives. It is very difficult to build credit and no credit looks like bad credit. This makes times tough for young people to find housing. We are not on any type of assistance. We dont have section 8. We just have cash and a strong desire to move on or before sept. 1st. We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom. We would prefer a apartment or a house. My ideal place would be a 2 bed room house / duplex/ townhome that includes a finished basement , washer dryer , and dish washer.
I know I might not get my ideal place . Please write me if you are a landlord willing to work with tenants with less than good credit and no criminal background history. We are looking to rent ASAP or on Sept 1st.
