The Ballroom and Latin Dance Club' s space and facilities rental (include or not include karaoke system) are available for your events such as wedding showers, baby showers, birthday parties, fundraisers, book clubs, company meetings, etc.. and variety kinds of lessons.
We will cater to your needs in planning and executing your events.We can work with you to make sure all the details are covered. we can help with decorations, you can bring your own food and beverages.
Plus, we will offer free dance lesson up to 1 hour if you need.
We look forward to helping you make the date special.
Rent varies depending on number of individuals and frequency of use. The space can hold up to 40 people.
Our main facility is 1,500 sq.ft.in area with a 37' X 30' sq. ft.wood floor, plus a separate 250 sq. ft. guest/family room from which dance floor activities may be viewed. Brand new wood floor (carpet set around the wood floor with movable tables and chairs), wireless (Bluetooth) speakers, Karaoke system, TV, office desk, big mirrors, plenty of chairs, refrigerator, etc. 4 bathrooms, free parking for 50 cars.
There are around 50 parking spaces in the front and back. Free parking!
Our Karaoke system has over 80,000 songs for your selection. This includes at least 7 language selections in addition to English. We can also download unlimited new songs (with 16 language) per your request. Just contact us to let us know your favorites songs. We will get them for you!! A lot of children songs too.
We have brand-new and UP-TO-DATE karaoke system with touch screen so you can personally select your favorite songs. You can search songs in many ways including by song title, song number, artist title, language and popularity. The clear and crisp sound system can handle up to 800 watts of power so you can really rock out!!
