I LOST TWO OF MY VW BUG HUB CAPS SAT NIGHT PARKED NEAR UST REWARD (SAINT PAUL)
I had 2 of my VW bug hub caps stolen in Saint Paul on Saturday night.
They also manage to damage on of my rims when stealing the hub caps.
I am a college student and cant afford new ones. The car which I worked very hard to get looks terrible with out them. IF YOU CAN HELP ME GET THEM BACK I HAVE A WHOLE 25.00
