Our training teaches you how to problem solve when you meet the unexpected. You will understand the principles behind the techniques, and be able to find options when you meet a situation that you have not encountered in training. Silat is based on principles of body mechanics and leverage making it functional for both the old and young, male and female. Training includes throws, takedowns, locks, ground fighting, empty hands and weapons techniques.
