Over the last 30+ years, I have worked for contractors on building from "the slab up" (meaning rough framing), I have also worked as an electrician's apprentice, installed cable and data lines, plumbers assistant, have done all types of siding, and built countless decks (one of my favorite projects to work on). I am very well rounded and look at all projects from the perspective of more than just 1 aspect which always helps the bottom line. I have 3 CAD certificates which allow me the ability to design projects. To be clear I do this as a side job and rarely ever post anything, however, I have a short lull in my schedule while I wait for materials to arrive on another project. I'm not a licensed contractor, so I do not do this full time. Also, I will not "sub" projects for contractors as I have not had a good experience in the past with them.
