I'm looking to buy a Rehab Property that has 65% LTV ARV (After Repair Value). I would prefer to stay 300k and Below, but I'm willing to go up to 500k for the right deal.
I will also partner with the right Investor, who has a Proven track record and familiar with the Atlanta Market. Looking to do a deal!!!!
