Looking for General Contractor to complete repairs on home (Norridgewock, ME)
We need someone, or a team, who can do the following for us:
1.Repair 1/2" pex break found in basement 1
2.Once repair is made, complete dry winterization. Winterization was completed improperly, evident due to the fact the water meter is still connected
3.Install new sash lock on all lockable windows in home
4.Cut current padlock off detached garage man door and secure with A389 padlock
5.Replace cracked front living room window
6.Clear snow from front porch metal roof, 25ftx40ft
7.Once front porch roof is cleared of snow, seal roof with aluminum roof cement (coats) to stop roof leak, 25ftx40ft
8.Once front porch roof is sealed, bleach/kilz mold on ceiling, caused by roof leak
9.Current basement door is allowing snow to penetrate inside which is causing moisture and mold. Remove door and replace with new door and frame
10.Current basement door is allowing snow to penetrate inside which is causing moisture and mold. Remove door and replace with new security door
11.Once basement door has been replaced, bleach clean mold on wooden walls of entrance way
12.Both chimneys are leaking, remove snow to gain access to chimneys-20LF to brick chimney, 4x4 area around block chimney,
13.Once snow is removed to and around chimneys, seal with roof tar
14.Once chimneys are sealed, bleach/kilz water stain caused by chimney leak 2x2
15.Install new vent pipe boot and seal with tar, current boot is allowing snow into attic, 1x1
16.Replace 14"x14" gable vent in attic, current vent is allowing snow into attic
17.Install two missing chimney caps
18.Remove broken glass from bedroom
19.Re-secure falling stockade fence panel in yard, 8ftx10ft
20.Cap two bare electrical wires in garage
21.There is a hole in the bedroom sub-floor that could cause a potential trip hazard remove and replace 3/4" sub-floor
22.Install missing covers in home- outlet and light switch covers
As a part of this job, we will need complete electronic photos of the property before you start, photos throughout the process and another complete set of photos of the property after the work is finished.
