Honest professional mobile auto repair owner who also has minor home repair and painting skills seeks a place for the winter or longer if it works out that way. Just moved back from Arizona and not having a long term place to stay has not worked out yet. SO thought I would try this avenue and see what transpires. I run a mobile service out of a step van and do the minor home maintenance and interior painting mostly in the wintertime to move inside for my work when I cant work outside on cars because many customers dont have garages. I was be 50 in October and have a long standing honest reputation and have alot of references from friends and even my ex in laws family that will tell you I am a stand up guy who will take care your home and vehicles while you are gone. I have alot of home repair tools to do most repairs and what I dont have, I will purchase. I am a responsible single white male with college degree in my field and 29 years honestly serving customers vehicles. I have over FIFTY thousand in tools and just bought a $6,000.00 auto scanner. HOWEVER I just took a job in a local shop and work ten hour days from 8am to 6pm, so never home during the day. I do not smoke and dont do any drugs either and am very clean in my surroundings to it being spotless and shower daily. I am also pet friendly and have cared for pets of my own throughout many years. My references are very good. MAYBE you have a lower level or empty upstairs and would like to fill the space with a low cost renter who in exchange will help you keep your house up while being there.
