Here's the situation. We are 3 adults and one child. I make a very comfortable living, more than enough to cover rent. Our current landlord as well as past ones will give us extremely positive recommendations even going as far as saying we're the ideal and best tenants that they have ever had.

We're looking for a 3+ bedroom house/town house for rent in the Coon Rapids area but we are open to other surrounding areas, e.g. Blaine, Andover, Fridley, etc. We also need a place that will accept a dog, he's between 50 and 60 pounds and is a Lab mix with what we're guessing to be a Pincher or Pit Bull, we're not sure. He's very well trained and has been around small animals his entire life. We would like to keep the rent at $1600.00 and below.

There are 3 adults and one child as I said I do make a very good living however my credit is not the best. To make a long story short, I had a lot of things hit me at once when I left the military such as a divorce, which all led to a chain reaction on my credit and I've been trying to improve upon it ever since.

We are willing to move in as little as 2 weeks time and will pay the security deposit immediately.
