Need Experienced Quickbooks Person (Hallandale)

Currently i have a corporation i formed on 2015 (LLC) to own a small income producing property and i have another (S Corporation),already formed which i use for any commission income and another property i own under that (property is used as host of the business) I am not using it much these days, but it will need data entry as well. Scope of work needed:

1- Reconciliation of bank account statements on the two corporations.
2-Data entry of income received,money spent,Etc. on each one.
3-You must be located either in Aventura,Hallandale or Hollywood,Not interested on anyone
farther than that.
4-I will collect all info and bring you a file on each corporation or you can pick it up
at my office in Aventura.
5-You must have your own Quickbooks software,once each file is done, you will email them to me and i will email them to my C.P.A.
6-On the P.A., I will get you the 2014 final Quickbooks file from C.P.A., So you can update/create it on your system.
7-You will do the work at home on your PC or bring your laptop and do it all in one stop at my own office in Aventura if you prefer; (i don't have current Quickbooks and i will not buy one right now)

I will pay a flat fee of $200 for each one,cash (any income under $600 does not have to be reported as you are aware). I will only pay on a flat fee basis(amount of work is not more than 5-6 hours altogether). Ideally, the job is perfect for someone who works full time as a bookeeper and wants to make extra income on the weekend. I am setting up other business ventures,once they take off, i may form more corporations and i may be able to refer you other clients.Sorry, but due to the nature of work, i must perform a background check on you .
