I am in need of a place for the winter where there wont be alot of drama in a quiet home with either you or husband and myself. Maybe you are a widow and family have all moved away. I am not looking for a home filled with many people unless you have your home set up for me to have at least my own space like mother in law quarters, lower basement mostly to myself and or walk out. I am one of few honest single males around with a good reputation for repairing vehicles and household repairs right the first time.. I am mechanically inclined and a self starter type who just gets things done when needed. My problem I have run into is that i dont have any family and only a handful of friends I still have a little trust with. I returned here in September of 2013. I had arrangements to stay at a womans place and paid her a deposit but at last minute-when i arrived, she said she rented it out to someone she knew because she was worried about a stranger in her house.
I am 50 in October but dont look it. DOnt have any kids or pets, good head on my shoulders and good common sense, I went to school to be a cop before i went to school to be an auto technician. I run my own mobile repair service and have minor home maintenance and painting skills and have been recruited by several friends to help with remodel and repair projects in their homes and businesses. I dont smoke or do any drugs but will have a light drink here and there. not found drunk very often anymore. I enjoy entertaining people, cooking and grilling, the outdoors and can be ready to go fishing at a minute notice. I am white. If you need someone to trust around your house...i am that guy. I have references from the ex wifes family who flies me into Arizona about once every couple of years to do stuff around their two homes. I had lived in their second condo for the four years i was in Arizona and our deal was helping him daily for about 4 hours running errands, chasing bank errands...they know me so well i even know where and what he spends on finances we are that close. I still have keys to their families house on snelling even though the ex and i are divorced. I would like to be in the north metro because i have gain a comfort at knowing where everything is located on this end of town. I have a website with areas the cover maintenance, painting and auto repairs i built myself on google. I have good manners and treat people with good respect.
Sorry about this long story but its been alot of stress at the hands of unhappy people so hoping to find a woman who could really use some help from a nice guy. I am looking for a lower rent below 400 while my customer base grows and can pay more later as time goes. It would be great to help you with repairs for this rate. Customers are picking up fast but the winter is here so some repairs I wont be able to do unless the customer has a garage for repairs to use.
I am looking for preferably the North metro of the cities since most my stuff is on this end of town but if you have something you have going for project that might last several months until spring, we should talk about it. I would just have to commute to where my items are. I do have a step van and car that I will need parking for but now in January the van has an electrical problem and will sit until summer to work on it because it has to be rewired and it wont fit into a normal garage to do this repair. I also have a small trailer that sits at storage, but would be less expensive to have them with me then paying storage all winter but this can also stay at storage. I have my own stuff to furnish what I need and I am good company. I am varmit friendly-lol..
