They mean what they say I found out.

I lost my receipt for a All in One a few months back bought with a Visa card local manager told me to call this number they could email a copy of my receipt .Called 3 different times all 3 times given a reference number for the call all 3 time was told will email receipt within 48 hours.
Guess What???They lied!!All 3 times,so I gave up!!
So keep your receipt but if you buy technology as a gift keep in mind of the return.
