My name is Heather and my mission is to help you get the restful sleep you need and deserve. Whether is it recovering postpartum, juggling the demands of multiples or the stress of a demanding career, a restful night sleep coupled with a newborn can be difficult to come by.

I'm an experienced RN, currently licensed with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. I have many years of experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and am looking to help provide reprieve from the overnight demands of caring for your newborn. Whether your newborn is healthy, premature, or has medical needs, I will stay with your newborn throughout the night, feeding, changing, burping and soothing your newborn giving you the energy you need during the day while alleviating sleep deprivation and stress.

I will provide:

- Feeding and changing of baby (ies) or bring to mom for breastfeeding throughout the night
-wash/dry baby laundry
-prepare formula for next day
-wash/sterilize baby bottles
-Provide medications with written consent
