The Property Specialist is an Independent Contractor position acting as sales agents for Sentio Invest. This position is responsible for connecting Investors with quality investment property and ensuring a smooth transition towards a profitable business relationship. This is a temporary contracted position with the potential to become permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to or initiate inquiries from interested clients.
Perform property showings with interested clients.
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

Education and Experience:
Ability to operate digital camera, copier, fax and scanner.
Ability to operate Windows and MAC based computers.
Previous sales experience preferred.

Possess at minimum an Associates Degree.
