READY TO HIRE Snow Removal Company Or Individual Needed (Buffalo) hide this posting unhide

I am in need of a company or individual that is responsible. This means that I expect you to perform the job at a professional level, and if you do damage anything, then you will be liable for it.
Snow removal required for the following:
-Remove snow after every 1.5" of accumulation.
-Includes snow removal from driveway, two sets of steps, and the walk in front of the house and on the side of the house.
-There was new concrete sidewalk installed this summer that has a bituminous slope leading from the driveway elevation up to the concrete sidewalk elevation. The bituminous slope can't be any wider than 6". I am extremely concerned about damage to this (especially the concrete sidewalk part), and need a responsible person that takes care in the work they do, and that will be extremely careful with this. If damage should happen, then I need them to be liable for the damages.
Require:
-Written contract for the months of December through March, including statement of liability should any damages happen. I'm a very fair person throughout ever facet of my life, and I'm just looking to be protected here. I'm not looking to take advantage of anyone, so please understand this protects both of us in the end.
-Flat monthly rate (up for negotiation) no matter how little, or lot, it snows.....no excuses whatsoever.
-Some hand shoveling is required. Like I said, I'm looking for a reliable company or individual. I might be able to help with providing appropriate supplies if you are a reliable and trustworthy individual looking to make extra money.
-References required.
