We are a bar and restaurant in downtown Mpls looking for a restaurant manager who can help us run our business.
Restaurant managers are responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of a restaurant run smoothly. They handle complaints from workers, schedule employees, order food for the restaurant and handle other major and minor tasks. Restaurant managers are also responsible for ensuring the happiness of customers and making sure that customers are satisfied with their experiences at the restaurant. Managers also advertise for new positions, interview workers interested in those jobs and hire new employees.
