Above & Beyond Nanny Services is a nanny placement agency that has been specializing in the nanny industry for over 21 years. We are a locally owned and operated company that provides one on one job search assistance. We have a fantastic team of staff that can ensure that all of your questions and concerns can be answered and addressed. We assist you by pre-screening all families and ensuring that you get placed with a family that is a direct match for what you are looking for hour, personality and salary wise.

We currently have several positions available! Including many new, great positions with fun families with infant through school aged children located near Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. These families are in need of Full Time and Part Time Nannies. These positions offer great pay for a quality, upbeat and cheery nanny.

Position Requirements:
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Reliable transportation with insurance
* Must pass all background checks
* 2 years of previous Nanny, Childcare or Teaching experience preferred
* A bright and cheery demeanor is a must
* High level of energy, enthusiasm and responsibility
* Some higher education completed is a plus

Average pay is anywhere from $15-20+/hour depending on experience. Typically benefits include full medical benefits, two weeks paid vacation and mileage reimbursement.
