Southeast room - approximately 9'x9': overlooks bustling Main St. with big sunny windows
West room - approximately 12' x 11': one sunny window, set back from Main St. but still a view of downtown
$200 for either room, including utilities and wifi internet.
The building:
Located on Main St. in downtown Westbrook, right next to a beautiful river walk, near Catbird Creamery, Indian and Mexican food, Continuum for Creativity, and The Frog & Turtle... a gem of a location.
The deal:
This suite is primarily a piano studio (www.swallowtailmusic.org). You must walk through the piano studio to access the rooms. I play piano at various times during the day, and generally teach in afternoons and evenings on weekdays. My space has a sink that you are welcome to use, and there is a bathroom in the hall shared with other tenants. A guitar teacher rents a room in the suite. I am very interested in finding the right fit in someone to share my studio space: a stable, trustworthy, respectful and friendly tenant that will mesh well with my family-friendly and professional atmosphere (funky artist type still counts as professional in my book :).
