This cottage is located on Shelley Island, Susquehanna River, you can only get to it by boat. This area is above a dam which creates Lake Frederick for boating pleasure. The main cabin which is furnished, contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a front room with a full bar. The secondary cabin contains 2 bedrooms, 1/2 bathroom and a utility room which includes a washer and dryer. Both cabins have decks as well as a Large Gazebo in the yard to enjoy your sunsets or other activities. Utilities include electric, well and septic, I utilize Direct TV on the island.
