The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house that just finished complete remodel only a month ago--it is absolutely beautiful! The house has hardwood floors throughout, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, heat and A/C. The entire house (minus the room to rent) is completely furnished by me, and the kitchen is fully supplied. All you would need to bring is your bedroom furniture. The backyard is huge and has patio furniture and a grill! There is also a large shed in the backyard for extra storage. The Highline Canal runs right along the backyard with a gorgeous, safe, and accessible running trail, too. The house is just a short 15 minute drive to downtown Denver, and only 10 minutes from DTC. It is very close to I-25 for easy highway access and walking distance to the light rail station. I absolutely love this location, and the neighborhood is very beautiful. The room to rent is $1050 plus utilities which are very minimal. There is also a $1050 security deposit. The room is available immediately.
